Ca$tro Guapo and Fiji released their debut collaborative project just a few days ago. In this debut project, the two have fused the sounds of Atlanta's bass heavy trap with Toronto's now-iconic drowned out melody and vocals--these influences are respective to the birthplaces of each of the two artists. The twinkling synths mixed with heavy bass and snappy drums form the structure of Atlanada’s sound. The many different things Ca$tro does with his voice, all of Fiji’s catchy ass hooks, and a clip from the Narcos title sequence…just take a listen yourself, I’m sure you’ll be hearing this in the clubs soon if not already.
