Shipping
Turnaround
All orders are shipped within 7 - 14 business days Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.
Carriers
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
- Canada Post
- FedEx
- DHL
- UPS
- USPS
Order Tracking
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
Shipping Rates
Canada
Orders placed in Canada will receive their shipment from our Toronto location at the carriers shipping rate.
USA
Orders placed in the USA will receive their shipment from our New York City location at the carriers shipping rate.
International
Orders placed outside of Canada and USA will are subject to international shipping rates, which vary by country and delivery carrier.
Cross-border shipping
Certain items may have to be shipped separately if there are none in the inventory of the customer’s country of origin and are subject to international shipping rates.
External Brands / Non-Community 54 Product
There may be some restrictions on international shipping of certain brands that are only licensed within Canada or USA exclusively. You will be notified of such items at the checkout, and will have to subsequently be removed by the cart.
Back Orders
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available again, we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
