Miss Vixen debuts her first NYC installation in the outdoor gallery. Mike P will also be presenting his 5 Boro series in the arcade.
Miss Vixen is an infamous identity. The twenty something has been just about every where in the world and has yet to rest her head on a hotel pillow in life. She lives mostly in a underground barter economy. Based on sharing knowledge, style and respect. Miss Vixen’s goal for this show was to explore her ability to improvise with a short dead line to address themes such as consumerism, identity, communication, and unity.
Mike P is New York City based artist. He works in a wide range of mediums including large-scale murals, illustration, photography, and video. His inspiration for this work are the products of the New York City environment.
The event will also feature the stylish soundings of Bikini who were described by NPR as “a masterful juxtaposition of sorrowful lyrics with upbeat rhythms.”
